Valentine's Day!!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!
Tim and I are not big Valentine's Day people but I have to say that even the little holidays are so much more fun with kids!!!!  We totally get into the holiday now.  We still don't get too crazy but we have fun making cookies and getting and watching the kids open their little gifts!!

Hudsen's preschool had a Valentine's Day party today and we took cookies and then made heart cookies for each kid and the teachers.  Hudsen helped me cut out the hearts and then put the sugar on top of the icing!!!  He was a big helper.  Nolen helped taste testing!!!  Hudsen took spiderman valentine grams and a little box of candy for each kid in his class.  They made mailboxes for their grams and they turned out so cute!  Tim made it to the party so we had lunch afterwards and that was our date!  He is playing softball tonight so I get to have time with my little Valentine's!!  Beth and G came over to deliver fun little gifts for the boys and some cupcakes for all of us.  They are so good!  We have had a great day!  The boys didn't nap so it will probably be an early night for them but you never know with all the sugar they have had today!!!  We may be up until 1am but it's ok, we have had fun!!

Hope everyone has had a wonderful day with your Valentine or Valentines!

Next up: Nolen's 2nd Birthday.........CRAZY!!!!

Hudsen has finally decided that it is pretty fun to hit the ball off of a tee!  He is really good too and will play for a long time!  He can hit the ball hard too, he drilled me in the ear the other night and it gave me a headache!!!

So, we signed him up for t-ball!  He is so excited to play t-ball with the kids and we can't wait either!
